Daniel D. Walker is an experienced and skilled personal injury attorney who represents clients that have suffered from catastrophic injuries and death as a result of defective products, automobile accidents, commercial trucking accidents, boating accidents, premises liability, accidents, and negligent security.

Prior to joining Clark Fountain, Daniel gained valuable experience defending insurance companies in catastrophic injury cases, which allows him to use his first-hand knowledge of how some of the nation’s largest insurance companies, their adjusters, and attorneys defend personal injury lawsuits. His ability to look at complex liability cases from the viewpoint of the defense has allowed him to craft creative strategies to maximize the recoveries for his clients.

Daniel is also involved with various organizations focused on protecting the civil justice system and the rights of the injured, including the Florida Justice Association (FJA), and the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA). He is also involved with his local bar associations, including the Martin County Bar Association (MCBA) and the Palm Beach County Bar Association (PBCBA).

Daniel received his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida International University College of Law.

While attending law school, he also worked with knowledgeable attorneys and gained experience with cases involving construction law, bankruptcy law, worker’s compensation immunity, employment discrimination, products liability, premises liability, and negligent security. For each of his three years at FIU Law, he served his classmates as the Student Bar Association Representative. He also had the honor of competing throughout Florida with the FIU Law Trial Team. Daniel obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He spent his undergraduate years working at a prestigious personal injury firm specializing in products liability and toxic torts, learning the importance of commitment to clients and passionate advocacy.
