Daniel D. Walker Featured Speaker FJA Young Lawyers Section Webinar

Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman is proud to announce that attorney Daniel D. Walker will be a featured speaker for the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section. The presentation titled “Insurance Policies: How to Maximize Recoveries for Clients” will take place via Zoom today at 4 pm. 

Daniel D. Walker is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including car accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, and medical negligence. With a proven track record of securing significant settlements and verdicts for his clients. 

In this presentation, Daniel will discuss the importance of insurance coverage for personal injury cases and how to maximize recoveries for clients. He will cover topics such as obtaining the insurance policy, reading and understanding the policy, avoiding coverage pitfalls, uninsured motorist rejection and acceptance forms, and maximizing recovery.

The Florida Justice Association (FJA)  is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida’s civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida’s citizens and consumers. The FJA Young Lawyers Section is actively involved in the FJA’s goals of protecting the civil justice system, and section membership also provides many opportunities to network on a statewide level.
