Waleska Sanchez

Waleska Sanchez is a Florida Registered Paralegal Investigator with extensive experience and expertise handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases as a result of car accidents, highway trucking accidents, boating accidents, construction accidents and slip/trip and fall accidents in both federal and state court.

Waleska began her career as a Paralegal working for an in-house insurance defense law firm, which gives her unique knowledge and insight in handling personal injury cases. And before joining Clark Fountain, Waleska further gained valuable experience working at other personal injury law firms in Broward and Palm Beach counties handling serious injury and wrongful death cases.

Her extensive experience and skill set allows her to assist attorneys at all stages of the legal process, including pre-suit and trial preparation matters. Her experience and knowledge also enabled her to present case management seminars to paralegals and legal assistants throughout Florida and the U.S. on handling personal injury cases.

Waleska has a paralegal studies degree, is fluent in Spanish, and is a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida.

Outside of the firm, Waleska enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her children and cats in her spare time.
