Orlando, FL – Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman is proud to announce that partner Don Fountain will be a featured speaker at the 2023 John Romano Workhorse Seminar. The week-long seminar, hosted by the FJA, will be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott, beginning February 20th.

Don Fountain is a double board-certified civil trial lawyer by both the state and national boards and a renowned expert specializing in plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death cases involving Boat Accidents, Automotive and Commercial Truck Accidents, Tire Defects, Construction and Industrial Equipment Failure, and Negligent Road Design. He is known for obtaining significant multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements against the nation’s largest insurance companies and product manufacturers.

In 2021, Don and his trial team secured a $200 Million Jury Verdict for their clients in rural Georgia, which was the largest verdict in Rabun County, Georgia history and the largest single verdict for pain and suffering associated with wrongful death in the history of the State of Georgia.

During his presentation, Don will discuss the Batchelder v. Malibu Boats LLC trial and the strategy used to earn the record-breaking verdict against the World’s Largest Ski Boat Manufacturer.
