Dirt Devil is recalling the Dirt Devil Scorpion Turbo Quick Flip Hand Vac Turbo Tool Accessory, which was sold throughout the United States and Canada from January 2012 to February 2015, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The interior fan of the accessory can break and eject, posing a laceration hazard. There were an estimated 22,000 sold in the United States and 2,500 in Canada.
