Clark Fountain helps man severely injured in a crash with a steel drum roller compactor

During a nighttime paving job, the owner of a roller compactor crashed into our plaintiff’s vehicle, causing him to suffer significant injury. The investigation launched by Clark Fountain revealed that the compactor veered out of the designated work zone while rolling new asphalt and into the plaintiff’s lane of traffic where it violently crashed into our client.

Though he luckily survived the crash, the plaintiff suffered disabling injuries that required multiple reconstructive surgeries and extensive rehabilitation.
