Associate Ben J. Whitman Presents About Tire Defects at the 2019 Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section Ski Trip and CLE Seminar

On Friday, January 18, West Palm Beach personal injury lawyer Ben Whitman presented “Tire Retailer Negligence (Negligent Sale, Service, Placement, Inspection, Failure to Warn)” at the 2019 Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section Ski Trip and CLE Seminar.

The Florida Justice Association (previously the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) is comprised of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and law students throughout the state who fight to protect the rights of Floridians through lobbying and supporting issues that impact the justice system.

Whitman’s presentation focused on defective tire cases that stem from a failure to warn, improper tire placement, improper repairs, bald/worn tires and aged tires. He outlined defendants in these types of cases as tire manufactures, tire retailers, service centers, franchise dealerships and mechanical service centers.
