Partner Donald Fountain Lectures at Palm Beach County Bar Association CLE Seminar

On Friday, January 25, Partner Donald Fountain presented “Uncovering the Hidden Case” at a Palm Beach County Bar Association CLE Seminar.

Fountain’s presentation reviewed the types of defects that can play a role in vehicle product liability cases, focusing on the less common defects that are not immediately obvious. He shared 11 unique cases with issues ranging from improper highway pole placement, aged tires, head rest failures, aftermarket “upgrades” and defectively designed seats.

The CLE Seminar was a day-long event featuring presentations on cutting edge areas of law.
