This foundational experience sharpened her skills in managing discovery databases and providing crucial support to trial teams through electronic evidence presentation.

Before her tenure at Clark Fountain, Jennifer’s career spanned various roles in Charlotte, North Carolina, working on a wide array of legal matters including securities litigation, complex commercial disputes, and intellectual property cases. These roles were instrumental in honing her expertise in e-discovery and trial presentation platforms which are essential for navigating the extensive data involved in litigation.

Serving as a Senior Compliance Manager for a global fitness brand further showcased Jennifer’s ability to adapt and strategically manage legal risks and compliance issues. This role, involving global risk assessments and the development of compliance strategies, highlighted her strategic planning abilities across diverse legal environments.

Jennifer’s commitment to advancing her legal knowledge is evident in her pursuit of a Juris Masters (J.M.), with a focus on compliance, legal risk management, and contracts, from Florida State University’s College of Law. This endeavor reflects her dedication to continuous learning and achieving legal excellence.
