Mark W. Clark, managing partner of the firm, has more than 25 years of experience specializing in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice litigation. His experience has resulted in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. Clark is a past president of the Florida Justice Association and is Board certified as a civil trial attorney by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Donald R. Fountain Jr. concentrates his legal practice in the area of products liability litigation, and has represented clients against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer. Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a civil trial attorney, he has handled hundreds of cases involving automotive design and manufacturing defects including defective tires, vehicle rollovers, seatbelts, airbags and occupant crash protection.
Nancy La Vista is a Board certified civil trial and medical malpractice attorney, and is also a former critical care nurse. La Vista recently served as President of the Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She was named the "2013 Trial Lawyer of the Year" by the Palm Beach County chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She was also the recipient of the award in 2011.
