Attorney W. Hampton Keen Named to Two Non Profit & Legal Association Boards

Florida, Fla. (January 31, 2011) – W. Hampton Keen, a partner at the law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and to the Florida Bar Grievance Committee within the 15th Judicial Circuit.

The mission of the Legal Aid Society, which was founded in Palm Beach County in 1949, is to provide equal access to our judicial system to the disadvantaged living in the area. The Bar Grievance Committee investigates lawyers who has grievances filed against them, and then recommends action on behalf of the Florida Bar.

Keen concentrates his legal practice in the areas of products liability and catastrophic injury cases. Many of his cases involve automotive design and manufacturing defects, defective tires and vehicle rollovers. Keen has successfully litigated against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer.
