An 18-year old student’s life was tragically cut short when he was killed in a low-speed collision while heading to his high school senior awards ceremony. The Clark Fountain legal team were the first in the country to provide evidence that the convertible’s top design was not crashworthy. As a result, the case was successfully resolved prior to trial.
