During a road trip, the tire of our client blew out causing the family van to rollover and render him quadriplegic. Heartbreakingly, he had just taken his vehicle to a Ford dealership for service three weeks prior to the accident. During the trial, it became clear that not only was the dealership at fault, but so was Dunlop (the tire manufacturer) for a defective tire design.
