Associate Ben J. Whitman Elected to Palm Beach County Justice Association Board of Directors

West Palm Beach personal injury lawyer, Ben J. Whitman was elected to the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA) Board of Directors on Thursday, January 17. He and other new members of the board were sworn in at the Hilton West Palm Beach.

The PBCJA is a professional group dedicated to providing civil trial lawyers the tools and resources needed to improve and enhance the standards of trial practice. The Palm Beach chapter is one of the largest in the state, comprised of more than 400 trial attorneys and more than 100 paralegals.

During his one-year term, Whitman will contribute to ideas and actions that help ensure fair access to the courts for everyone. He hopes to spend time in Tallahassee advocating for legislation that supports the mission of the PBCJA.

Whitman previously served as chair of the PBCJA Young Lawyer Board. He practices personal injury law, including products liability, wrongful death and automobile accidents.
