Michael A. Biggs is an experienced personal injury attorney who is dedicated to fighting for his clients and their families who have suffered catastrophic injuries or wrongful death. His areas of practice include defective products, commercial trucking accidents, automobile accidents, boating accidents, premises liability, and negligent security.

Before joining Clark Fountain, Michael worked for several years defending Fortune 500 companies in catastrophic injury cases. This experience gave him a unique insight into how insurance companies and their attorneys approach personal injury lawsuits, enabling him to develop creative strategies to maximize recoveries for his clients.

Michael began his legal career as an assistant public defender, where he gained invaluable experience in criminal law and learned the importance of commitment to clients and passionate advocacy. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating in the top of his class with high honors, cum laude. In law school, Michael was honored to serve as a teaching assistant for several legal studies courses and as an executive member of the Trial Team while also working for a prestigious personal injury firm, where he gained extensive experience in civil litigation involving personal injury, product liability, premises liability, auto negligence, and wrongful death.

He is a member of several bar associations, including the Martin County Bar Association (MCBA) and the Palm Beach County Bar Association (PBCBA), as well as organizations dedicated to protecting the civil justice system and the rights of the injured, such as the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA).
