Ken has more than 20 years of experience as a medical malpractice trial paralegal. He works side-by-side with clients who have experienced significant medical and personal tragedies ranging from catastrophically injured, brain-damaged children to paralysis and wrongful deaths. He is adept at serving on the front line, investigating the claims from the initial injury stage, discovery period through trial and resolution. As a medical negligence paralegal, Ken researches and recruits the world’s best experts on behalf of Clark Fountain’s clients while communicating with the client’s doctors and other health care providers.
In addition to his legal background, Ken has a unique insight into the political side of the law, which often impacts medical malpractice issues. He was appointed by the White House during President George H. Bush’s administration to serve as a special assistant working for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, DC.
He is an avid supporter of the SMART Ride, a 165-mile, two day fundraising bicycle ride from Miami to Key West to benefit a local AIDS Program of Palm Beach County.
