Five Clark Fountain Partners Named 2013 Top Rated Lawyers

Nancy La Vista is a Board-certified civil trial attorney in the area of medical malpractice, who also specializes in products liability. She is also a critical care nurse. La Vista is currently the president of the Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

David C. Prather is a Board-certified civil trial attorney, specializing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation.
