David C. Prather Performs As Plaintiff in ABOTA Masters In Trial Demonstration
Partner David C. Prather performs at the Masters in Trial demonstration today. Hosted by the Palm Beach County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the annual event will demonstrate How Successful Trial Lawyers conduct all aspects of a trial from Opening Statements to Jury Deliberations.
Mr. Prather will perform as the plaintiff, a fitting role, indeed, as David has represented clients in high-stakes personal injury cases, earning several of the largest auto negligence and non-surgical verdicts in the firm’s history.
The program is designed to teach by example, with the demonstrated legal skills applicable in virtually every other civil case. Whether a novice or seasoned trial lawyer, plaintiff, or defense counsel, this demonstration will assist attendees with their next trial.
David C. Prather is a board-certified civil trial attorney and partner at Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather & Littky-Rubin. Focusing his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, and auto negligence litigation, David has earned verdicts and settlements exceeding $150 million for his clients throughout Florida and the United States.
In 2021, and again in 2022, David was named “Lawyer of the Year” by the Best Lawyers in America® in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Litigation; awards that were published in the Miami Herald and The Wall Street Journal.
