Clark Fountain’s Partners All Named Florida Super Lawyers For 2012

Florida, Fla. (May 31, 2012) – The six named partners at the law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman have been recognized as Florida Super Lawyers for 2012. Only five percent of attorneys in Florida are recognized with this distinction. The attorneys are Mark W. Clark, Donald R. Fountain Jr., Nancy La Vista, David C. Prather, W. Hampton Keen and Julie H. Mark W. Clark is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and a Board Certified Trial Advocate who has more than 25 years of experience specializing in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice litigation. He has successfully litigated against every major insurance company, automobile manufacturer and tire manufacturer, and his experience has resulted in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. Clark is a past president of the Florida Justice Association and Chairman of the Florida Justice Political Action Committee.

Donald R. Fountain Jr. is a Board Certified civil trial attorney and one of the country’s foremost attorneys in the area of products liability litigation. He has handled hundreds of cases involving automotive design and manufacturing defects including defective tires, vehicle rollovers, seatbelts, airbags and occupant crash protection. Representing clients against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer, Fountain has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout Florida and the United States.

Nancy La Vista is a Board Certified civil trial attorney and a Board Certified medical malpractice lawyer who has more than 20 years of experience. Her successful track record includes receiving the largest verdict in Broward county in a medical malpractice claim, and one of the top 100 verdicts in the nation in 2008—a $35 million verdict on behalf of a brain-damaged child. She was named 2011 Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Palm Beach County chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

David C. Prather is a Board Certified civil trial attorney, specializing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death and auto negligence litigation. He has achieved numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients and is recognized in the industry for his superior trial skills. He has been litigating cases in Palm Beach County since 1991.

W. Hampton Keen concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability and catastrophic injury cases. Julie H. Littky-Rubin is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in appellate law.
