All Six Clark Fountain Partners Recognized as “Super Lawyers” for 2013
Florida, Fla. (June 13, 2013) – The six named partners at the West Palm Beach law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather, Littky-Rubin & Whitman have been recognized as Super Lawyers for 2013. Donald R. Fountain Jr. is one of the country’s foremost attorneys in the area of products liability litigation. Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a civil trial attorney, he has handled hundreds of cases involving automotive design and manufacturing defects including defective tires, vehicle rollovers, seatbelts, airbags and occupant crash protection. Representing clients against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer, Fountain has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout Florida and the United States.
Nancy La Vista is a Board-certified civil trial attorney who specializes in medical malpractice and products liability. She is also a critical care nurse. La Vista is currently the president-elect of the Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
