All Six Clark Fountain Partners Honored as “Top Lawyers” by South Florida Legal Guide, Firm Distinguished as “Top Law Firm”

(January 20, 2017) – The six named partners at the West Palm Beach law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman have been recognized as “Top Lawyers” for 2017 in the South Florida Legal Guide. The attorneys are Mark W. Clark, Donald R. Fountain Jr., Nancy La Vista, David C. Prather, W. Hampton Keen, Julie H. Littky-Rubin.

The law firm was also distinguished as “Top Law Firm” by the prestigious publication.

Mark W. Clark, managing partner of the firm, has devoted his career exclusively to the representation of accident victims that have suffered serious injuries or death from defective products, medical malpractice or motor vehicle crashes His experience has resulted in more than 150 multi-million dollar or million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout Florida and the United States. Clark is a past president of the Florida Justice Association and is Board certified as a civil trial attorney by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Donald R. Fountain Jr. is nationally recognized as a top trial attorney in the area of products liability litigation. He has handled hundreds of cases involving automotive design and manufacturing defects including defective tires, vehicle rollovers, seatbelts, airbags and occupant crash protection. Representing clients against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer, Fountain has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout Florida and the United States.

Nancy La Vista, a Board Certified civil trial and medical malpractice attorney, is also a former critical care nurse who parlays that extensive knowledge to help clients with medical malpractice and health-related claims. La Vista previously served as President of the Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and was honored as the “2013 Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Palm Beach County chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She was also the recipient of the award in 2011.

Prather, a Board certified civil trial attorney with nearly 25 years of experience, specializes in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and negligence litigation. He currently serves on the Board of Governors, the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Southern District Conference of Florida, and the Executive Committee for the Florida Bar, and is also past president of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association.

W. Hampton Keen concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability and catastrophic injury cases. Many of his cases involve automotive design and manufacturing defects, defective tires and vehicle rollovers, including a 2013 case where he successfully obtained $11 million verdict for his client against Continental Tire. Keen has successfully litigated against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer.

Julie H. Littky-Rubin heads the appellate practice at the firm, handling appeals arising out of all areas of civil trial law and provides trial support to the firm.
