The 2019 FJA Collateral Sources Webinar, chaired by Partner Julie Littky-Rubin, presented tips, shortcuts and legal strategies from some of the state’s most experienced and knowledgeable attorneys. This area of the law is difficult to navigate and always changing. The 2019 webinar included presentations on ERISA, Medicaid liens, Medicare set-asides, admissibility of medical bills, and more.
