Firm Retained to Help Man Injured By Exploding Takata Airbag

A man catastrophically injured by an exploding Takata airbag recently retained Attorney Hampton Keen and Clark Fountain.

Hampton Keen and our law firm were recently retained to help a client catastrophically injured when shrapnel from an exploding Takata airbag blinded him in the right eye. The other occupants in both vehicles involved in the accident suffered minor or no injuries. The vehicle was a 2005 Honda Civic, which Takata had recently added to the recall, but our client never received a recall notice.
