Clark Fountain Attorneys Recognized As Super Lawyers for 2015

Florida, Fla. (June 11, 2015) – The six named partners at the West Palm Beach law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman have been recognized as Super Lawyers for 2015. The attorneys are Mark W. Clark, Donald R. Fountain Jr., Nancy La Vista, David C. Prather, W. Hampton Keen, and Julie H. Littky-Rubin. Firm associate Poorad Razavi was distinguished as a Rising Star. Mark W. Clark, president and managing partner of the firm, has more than 30 years of legal experience. Clark has devoted his career exclusively to the representation of accident victims and their families. His experience has resulted in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. Clark is a past president of the Florida Justice Association and is Board-certified as a civil trial attorney by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

With more than 25 years of experience, Donald R. Fountain Jr. is nationally recognized as a top trial attorney and his work for successfully representing catastrophically injured clients. Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a civil trial attorney, he has handled hundreds of cases involving automotive design and manufacturing defects including defective tires, vehicle rollovers, seatbelts, airbags, and occupant crash protection. Representing clients against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer, Fountain has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout Florida and the United States.

Nancy La Vista, a former critical care nurse, is a dual board-certified civil trial attorney in medical malpractice and products liability. La Vista currently serves as the president of the Florida chapter of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and was voted the Palm Beach County Chapter’s Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2010 and again in 2013.

Julie H. Littky-Rubin, certified by The Florida Bar in appellate law, heads the appellate practice at the firm. She handles appeals arising out of all areas of civil trial law and provides trial support for the firm. Littky-Rubin also frequently speaks at legal seminars throughout Florida, has published articles in the Florida Bar Journal and writes the popular weekly newsletter, Week in Torts.

Poorad Razavi is an experienced civil litigator who began his practice as an insurance defense attorney. He now concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, automobile and trucking accidents, wrongful death and catastrophic injury suits.
