For the third consecutive year, attorneys David C. Prather, W. Hampton Keen, and Julie H. Littky-Rubin, of the Florida law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather & Littky-Rubin, have been recognized as one of Florida Trend magazine's Legal Elite for 2013. Each year, Florida Trend honors the top attorneys in the state, as recommended by their peers. Only 1,228 of the over 90,000 attorneys licensed in Florida were named to this 10th-anniversary edition.
Clark Fountain attorney Poorad Razavi was named an Up and Comer by Florida Trend. Less than two percent of eligible Florida attorneys under the age of 40 received this distinguished honor.
David C. Prather is a Board certified civil trial attorney who specializes in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar, the Board of Directors for WPBT2, and is also active in a number of legal and charitable organizations. He is also past president of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association.
W. Hampton Keen concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability and catastrophic injury cases, with a focus on automotive design, manufacturing defects, defective tires and vehicle rollovers. Keen has successfully litigated against almost every international automotive and tire manufacturer.
Julie H. Littky-Rubin, certified by The Florida Bar in appellate practice, heads the appellate practice at the firm. She handles appeals arising out of all areas of civil trial law and provides trial support to the firm. Littky-Rubin is often hired by other firm’s throughout Florida to assist with their appellate and complex trial support matters.
Poorad Razavi is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and products liability litigation. He has dual licensure in California and Florida.
