Clark Fountain Growing with Addition of New Associate Attorney

Florida, Fla. (July 24, 2013) – Christa L. McCann, has joined Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman, a catastrophic personal injury law firm, as an associate attorney in its Florida office.

McCann concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile negligence, wrongful death, products liability, and medical malpractice. She joins Clark Fountain from another Florida area firm, where she specialized in claims involving premises liability and first-party breach of contract claims against insurance carriers for alleged wrongful denial of insurance benefits.

McCann is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Palm Beach County Justice Association. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. McCann earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is fluent in Spanish and available to assist the needs of the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients.
