Nancy La Vista Named Most Effective Lawyers Finalist

Partner Nancy La Vista, a critical care nurse, was recognized as a finalist in the category of arbitration among the Daily Business Review’s 2012 Most Effective Lawyers. Nancy’s 2011 arbitration on behalf of clients, Belinda and Scott Burns, resulted in a $6.32 million award, after Belinda’s hands were deformed following improper radiation treatment.
