We consider it part of our duty as long-time Palm Beach residents and successful
business men and women to play an active role in the neighborhoods and
legal communities throughout South Florida. Our community contributions
often come in the form of monetary donations, sponsorships and event attendance,
but some of the most important contributions we make to our community
are though speaking engagements, pro bono legal services and policy changes.
Our attorneys support organizations that fight for the rights of motorists,
consumers and medical patients and each of our team members is involved
in national, state and county associations, charities and non-profits
that mean something to them personally. Our team is encouraged to take
up causes that promote equality, enhance awareness, protect the planet
and fight for a cure.

Supporting the Seas
In 2019 we made a commitment to create less trash. Our law firm is located
along Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, less than a mile from the beach
and no more than 25 feet from the intercostal waterway seawall. The decisions
we make about our plastic usage have a direct impact on the ocean we look
at from our office windows every day. As a firm, we’re committed
to making administrative decisions that create less plastic and waste
– both of which threaten our beautiful Florida beaches.
Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather & Littky-Rubin is a straw-free and
balloon-free office. We no longer use balloons at our events (whether
they are inside or outside) and we’ve committed to ocean safe straw
