CLARK FOUNTAIN WELCOMES NEW ASSOCIATE

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (January 4, 2012) – Poorad Razavi has joined the law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather, Keen & Littky-Rubin as an associate in the West Palm Beach office. 

Razavi is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and products liability litigation.  He has dual licensure in California and Florida, and will handle cases for clients in both jurisdictions.

Razavi began his career as an insurance defense attorney at a Miami-based law firm, where he worked side-by-side with insurance adjusters in handling high-exposure catastrophic injury suits arising out of automobile negligence, wrongful death, products liability and negligent security cases.  Having worked as an insurance defense attorney, he offers clients a unique perspective into the mindset of insurance companies and corporate defendants.  His experience gives him a distinct understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, what they look for to settle a case and how to maximize the value of a claim in order to ensure clients receive full and fair compensation for their injuries.

Razavi earned his Bachelor of Science in international business and business economics from Indiana University’s prestigious Kelley School of Business, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  He was named “Florida Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyer magazine in both 2010 and 2011; a distinction given to less than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Florida.  Razavi is fluent in Farsi and conversational French.
