Attorneys Evan Lubell & Ty Roland Secure Over $23 Million in Case Against FPL

With that said, we would like to make it very clear that the recent win against Florida Power & Light (FPL) was not our case, but that of our esteemed colleagues, Attorneys Evan Lubell and Ty Roland. It was their outstanding work that ultimately avenged the untimely death of Tricia Dominguez’s 15-year old son, Justin, and we are honored to have supported their efforts in this case.

December 20^th marked the end of a 5-day long trial, which culminated in a court order for FPL to pay nearly $24 million on behalf of the wrongful death of Justin Dominguez. This verdict would not have been possible if not for the valiant efforts of Attorneys Lubell and Roland.
