Clark Fountain Continues to Grow with Addition of New Paralegal/Investigator

Florida, FL (September 27, 2013) – Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman, a catastrophic personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach, continues to expand its practice with the addition of Marlene W. Clarke, a paralegal/investigator who has extensive experience handling automobile accident, wrongful death and premises liability cases. She brings a dynamic background, having worked for both plaintiffs and defense law firms, as well as a strong educational background, which includes earning an MBA, B.S., and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies.

Clarke began her paralegal career working for an insurance defense firm where she gained valuable experience. However, she was not content assisting insurance companies and corporations in their goals to hinder the rights of victims. Since 2003, she has she been an advocate for the injured in her capacity as a paralegal.

Clarke is a Florida Registered Paralegal. She earned her MBA and her Bachelor of Science Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic College and her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida Atlantic University. She is a paralegal member of the Florida Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and she is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida.
