Tim helps individuals and families who have been injured or whose loved ones have died as a result of individual or corporate negligence. Tim is privileged to represent clients across Florida as well as the United States. His cases involve discovering design and manufacturing defects that have caused injury or death. Tim is involved in cases based on automotive defects including defective roof and seatback structures, seatbelts, airbags, tires and fuel systems as well as a variety of industrial and commercial products from construction equipment to car wash equipment to air ventilation systems. While he focuses his practice to lawsuits involving manufacturing and design defects, Tim also represents small business owners in various commercial litigation issues. Tim has settled numerous cases in excess of one million dollars. Tim resides in his hometown of West Palm Beach with his wife and two boys.
